At Minky Couture, we want you to be completely wrapped in comfort. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused blankets within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Place your unwashed, original-tag items in a secure shipping bag or box and affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
